Non-Admitted Student Forms
Non-admitted students who want to take Undergraduate courses are required to fill out the Non-Admitted Student Information Form available online.
Non-admitted students who want to take a Graduate course (course numbered 600 or higher) are required to fill out the Non-Degree Seeking Graduate Student Form and mail or take it to the Graduate College Office in the Flora Dungan Humanities Building, Room 308.
Out-of-state students will pay $100.00 per credit hour in addition to the basic per-credit hour course fees and applicable special fees.
Residency status is determined by the Student Enrollment Services Office.
Admitted out-of-state students wishing consideration to change their out-of-state status must contact the Student Enrollment Services Office to obtain the appropriate application.
Non-admitted out-of-state students of undetermined residency can refer to the Non-Admitted Student Information website for additional information.
If you are a non-admitted student and have earned a bachelor's degree, complete the Application for Resident Status form and mail or take it to the Graduate College office in the Flora Dungan Humanities Building Room 308, (FDH 308).
