Form Instructions
REMEMBER…  THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT SEND BILLS FOR SUMMER TERM.
MAKE PAYMENT BEFORE THE LATE PAYMENT PERIOD TO AVOID LATE PAYMENT FEES.
List your courses.
ADD UP TOTAL FEES FOR ALL COURSES. Make check payable to Board of Regents, UNLV/Summer.  Make payment at the Reynolds Student Services Center cashier.  MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and Diners Club International are acceptable.  Drop boxes are located at the main entrance to Maude Frazier Hall (FRA) and the Reynolds Student Services Complex (SSC).  Fees can also be paid be credit card using the WEB.  Access the WEB three to five days after you have made your payment to verify that it was successfully processed.
(1) For course numbers between 100 and 499, multiply the number of credits by $127.75
      For course numbers greater than 499, multiply the number of credits by $183.25
(2) Check each course description in the Summer Term Catalog for any special fees associated with the course.
(3) Add late fees, where applicable.
Make payment before the late payment period to avoid late payment fees.
(5) Add the $35 Student Health Fee for admitted students. Optional for non-admitted students.
(6) Add the applicable Student Life Facility Fee. See the catalog or website for details.
(7) If you are an out of state student see the catalog or website for applicable fees, $50 per credit.
